We ship all orders from our USA factory. Once shipped, we see delivery happen within the following timeframe:

When will my order ship?
We typically ship all orders within 2-4 business days.

Do you ship from the USA?
Yes, we do! Our items are made and shipped from Tampa, Florida, or our new warehouse in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Which carrier do you use?
We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

How do I care for my jewelry purchases?
Each piece from Glam Gift Store is crafted with care. To maintain its brilliance, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your jewels in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Are the materials used in your jewelry hypoallergenic?

I didn't receive my order?
Don't hesitate to contact our support team, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order.

What about customs fees/taxes?
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries with a very low or no tax-free threshold. If customs charge fees, they are payable by the recipient.

Changes to EU customs regulations mean you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country's tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has yet to begin.

If you need to change your order, please notify us immediately. Please be aware that we only have a very short (60 minutes) window to make changes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that changes (including requests to cancel an order) can be made once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order before confirming.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow our return process for a different size or style and then place a new order for the desired item.

Do you accept refunds and returns?
Yes, we do. Please get in touch with us if there is something we can help with to make your order right. We are always happy to help. :)

Please note that personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked. Shipping and insurance are non-refundable.

My item is damaged/incorrect. What do I do?
Please get in touch with our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item, including a photo of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you soon. Please only return items to us with authorization from support first.
